Wovexia is a B2B lead generation and product research service, providing prospect list building, contact data verification and enrichment, and market/product research to business clients, primarily in the EU and US markets.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for business use only. By using our Site or Services, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and are at least 18 years old with the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your company.

3. Orders and Scope of Work

  • Each order is based on the scope agreed at the time of purchase (e.g., target industry, geography, volume of contacts, or research parameters). Any project scope communicated via email, contact form, or order notes forms part of the agreement for that order.
  • We reserve the right to request clarifying information before starting work, and to decline orders that fall outside our service capabilities or that request unlawful or unethical data practices (e.g., scraping data in violation of applicable law).
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order and are estimates, not guarantees, though we make reasonable efforts to meet them.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete project requirements and respond to clarifying questions in a timely manner
  • Use any lead lists, contact data, or research provided by Wovexia in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA) and anti-spam regulations in your and your prospects' jurisdictions
  • Not resell, redistribute, or share deliverables with third parties outside your own organization without our written consent, unless otherwise agreed

You are solely responsible for how you use the data and deliverables we provide, including any outreach, marketing, or sales activity conducted using that data.

5. Payment

  • Prices are as listed on the Site at the time of order, in the currency displayed for your market, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment is due at the time of order unless a different payment schedule has been agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to pause or cancel work on any order with outstanding or failed payment.

6. Revisions, Refunds, and Cancellations

Revisions, refund eligibility, and cancellation terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at [wovexia.com/policies/refund-policy], which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Deliverables (e.g., prospect lists, research reports) prepared specifically for your order become yours to use for your internal business purposes upon full payment.
  • Wovexia retains ownership of its own methodologies, internal tools, templates, and any pre-existing materials used to produce deliverables.
  • You may not claim Wovexia's underlying processes, tools, or non-client-specific materials as your own intellectual property.

8. Data Protection

Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of the Services (e.g., prospect contact data), our respective responsibilities are described in our Privacy Policy, available at [wovexia.com/policies/privacy-policy]. You act as the data controller for any prospect data used in your own outreach; Wovexia acts as a data processor in preparing that data for you.

9. Disclaimers

  • Wovexia makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of researched and verified data at the time of delivery, but we cannot guarantee that all contact data will remain accurate or valid indefinitely, as business contact information changes over time.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., response rates, conversions, or sales) resulting from the use of our deliverables. Our commitment is to the quality and accuracy of the deliverable itself, as agreed in the project scope.
  • The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wovexia's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Wovexia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared in the course of the engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful use of our deliverables, or fail to make payment. You may stop using our Services at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is expressly agreed in writing for a specific client engagement. This does not deprive EU consumers of any mandatory protections under their local consumer protection laws where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
